Steve Bogner and Nina Scott share their experiences and practices for managing relationships with your payroll service providers. Most companies outsource some or all of their processes to specialized providers. Making these arrangements successful does take some work - having the same mutual expectations for services, tracking to a service level agreement, putting effort into governance and partnership instead of approaching it as a simple vendor relationship, looking out for data privacy and more. It's all important, and it all takes some effort! And it's effort we'll invested.
