Lisa Teague, CPP

Lisa brings more than 30 years of experience advising senior leaders on all matters interconnected with payroll/time. She specializes in transforming businesses by assessing and executing complex global payroll turn-around projects.
 
Lisa co-founded Omnia Global Partners to meet clients’ needs. She does this by focusing on strategic payroll/time assessment, sourcing, contracting, process optimization, governance operating models, staffing alignment and augmentation.
 
For over 20 years, Lisa has served as a management consultant and has collaborated with 100+ client engagements that span industry and technology solutions. Lisa is passionate about all aspects of payroll/time with a strong focus on the client success. Crucial learnings from all those years and client engagements afford her the ability to see around the corner - providing “been there done that” guidance.
 
Highlighted Accomplishments:
  • Deep expertise of payroll in 32+ countries
  • Led multiple strategic payroll assessments that surfaced undetected payroll fraud, gaps in payroll compliance and resource loss (capital, data, penalties & interest)
  • Successfully ran 15 individual organization's payrolls during interim management assignments, along with implementation of the chosen solution
  • Provides coaching and mentoring to numerous professionals
 
Lisa holds a BS from Southern New Hampshire University and the American Payroll Association Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification.
 
Lisa is a frequent speaker on global payroll/time matters, most recently presented to the American Payroll Association, subcommittee on Global Issues in June of 2019.
 
Outside of work, Lisa serves on the New Hampshire Faith Based initiative board and founded a mission that serves those in foster care and families/individuals in need of clothing. For these efforts Lisa has received the following recognition:
  • Certificate of recognition from the New Hampshire Commissioner of Health and Human Services for her collaboration and volunteerism
  • New Hampshire Children’s Trust Citizen Leadership Award
  • Recognition from the New Hampshire Governor, Steven Merrill, for volunteerism efforts in support of the Department of Health and Human Services​ ​

Nina Scott, CPP
Partner, Implementations &
​Post-Implementation Enhancement

Nina brings more than 20 years of experience leading client organizations through transformational implementation projects. She currently oversees all implementation and post-implementation projects, focusing on Workday and SAP/Globalview.

Nina co-founded Omnia Global Partners to meet the needs of our clients by deciphering, translating and leading complex client projects with their chosen payroll/time solution. Nina is dedicated to improving the organization with true automation, compliance, operational controls and harmonization. She is a client advocate who achieves project goals, alongside the technical implementation partners. She does this by advising, augmenting and leading the client through proven methods gained across successful implementations. In addition, Nina works with many clients post-implementation to realize the full potential of their system and process choices. She assesses the current state and provides a road map of potential opportunities. Nina works with the operational team to help them implement process and system improvements to optimize their payroll/time services.

Nina has held management roles both as an internal practitioner and external consultant. This uniquely affords her the understanding of both the solution landscape and the client's business needs.

Highlighted Accomplishments:
  • Successfully led numerous Workday Payroll/Time/Absence and Workday Financial Management deployments, as well as, several SAP/ADP Globalview transformations.
  • Delivered post-implementation guidance to organizations on optimizing their system usage and strengthening internal controls and practices.
  • Provided in-house interim payroll management services to companies with an immediate need.
  • Mentored payroll professionals during and after engagements to promote the continued education of the profession.

Nina holds an MBA from Bryant College, the American Payroll Association Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification and is Workday Pro certified in payroll.

Outside of work, Nina participates annually in the AARP Foundation Tax-Aide Program which provides those in need access to free tax preparation services. In addition, Nina has served for numerous years on bike tour committees, raising funds for both breast cancer and MS.

Henry Colvin
Senior Consultant

Henry brings more than 15 years of implementation experience with a specialty in managing complex projects. He believes that successful project management is a result of accurate, detailed planning combined with daily engagement with the project team members. Over the years, Henry has honed the organizational skills required to manage projects with multiple workstreams made up of teams located across various regions.

With a degree in Computer Science from Birmingham-Southern College, Henry's technical background enables him to work seamlessly between technical resources and client business analysts. Henry began his career as a technology consultant at Accenture which provided him with exposure to a variety of ERP applications and industry leading consulting practices. He joined Omnia Global Partners to work with likeminded technologists and to deliver excellence to Omnia’s clients.

Michael Sanchez
Consultant

Michael brings expert knowledge, industry experience and relentless energy to solving payroll and data issues. A graduate of University of California, Berkeley, he began his career at a national physician group as a payroll administrator and within five years became a key payroll project team member; successfully implementing a cloud-based payroll solution from a legacy on-premise system, including building integrations with benefit vendors, HCM systems and in-house applications.

Michael joined Omnia Global Partners to meet client’s data needs in implementation and transformation projects. Michael bears a unique combination of skill; deep payroll functional expertise coupled with technical data wrangling acumen. This skill set has provided clients with key HCM/payroll data trends, data mining, extraction and operational analysis.

Highlighted Accomplishments
  • Successfully converted mid-year tax and payroll historical data for a multi-state and multi-jurisdiction employer with 7,000 annual W-2s which resulted in zero defects.
  • Gathered employee data from over 30 countries and multiple disparate HCM systems; data was consolidated, scrubbed and provided for client’s Workday implementation project. This project was completed meeting GDPR and other country specific privacy standards within 60-days.   
  • Collected, analyzed and standardized required data from multiple HR systems of record, and multiple primary sources, to build a database used as a source of truth during implementation activities.

Nina Teague

Nina Teague, MBA, MAED, is a leader in talent development with expert knowledge in enterprise learning solutions, facilitation, behavior change management, and technology integrations. Nina creates a foundation for the professional development initiatives for large and small organizations, integrating sustainable technology to maintain learning opportunities, and  learning records management. 

Nina brings over 15 years experience in facilitation. She has led a wide range of training programs including Emotional Intelligence coaching using EQi 2.0, Team Communication facilitation using DISC behavior styles, and specialized leadership training designed to meet day to day and strategic long-term initiatives. 

Nina is a learning technologist and solutionist, who integrates organizations chosen technology into cohesive platforms for employees to engage in, resulting in a unique advantage for success.

Highlighted Accomplishments​
  • Designed, integrated and launched organizational wide learning management solution within a modest budget for 2,500 active learners. Leadership expectation surpassed, with a positive ROI, and independent success metrics, which led to a similar project with 10,000 integrated learners and a significant increase in deliverables, integrations, and with the same success criteria achieved.
  • Formed programs and communities of practice to join cross functional organizational teams across boundaries and silos: Due to rapid organizational growth, teams were isolated and had no method to provide leadership constructive and useful feedback prior to the creation of the programs implementation. The pillar to this successful program, was to create a cross functional communication plan and modality, in order to help bridge gaps and provide a consistent experience across all teams. 
  • Established the organizations core competencies for professional building blocks of individual contributors, managers, and senior leadership. Led and designed program to launched employee engagement including a clear communication and training plan that effectively ingrained competencies as part of performance review process.

Corissa Wikan
Consultant

Corissa brings 10 years of experience in Payroll and Human Resources.   Corissa is very organized, detail-oriented and able to see tasks and projects to completion. She is knowledgeable regarding employment regulations and compliance issues.  Corissa has experience with various HR, Payroll and timekeeping systems including Kronos, Workday, ADP and Successfactors.
 
Corissa’s success undoubtedly lies with her organizational and technical skills, however it’s her interpersonal skills that make her shine. Corissa brings dedication, drive and experience to any project she works on.
 
Highlighted Accomplishments
  • At a national food retailer, Corissa led the hiring and onboarding of new employees.  She was also responsible for training employees and managers in the use of Kronos.  She ensured accuracy of time management. As an innovator of process improvement, Corissa implemented a method to ensure new employees were successfully tracked from screening to the completion of the I-9, through their first day clocking in.
  • For a staffing agency, Corissa partnered with a co-employer to onboard new employee populations across legal entities.  She ensured compliance for the companies and a smooth transition for the employees.  Partnering across the groups, she created a process to determine the classification of each job and funnel them through the appropriate process and employer. 
  • During her time at this organization she received accolades for taking an ad hoc process and creating an organized set of processes and procedures. She introduced a tracking mechanism to manage a large and steady volume of background checks.  This included scheduled reports to managers on their candidates’ progress, organizing the various background check requirements of 100+ clients into a searchable and succinct database which held a guidance and daily emails reminders.
  • At a higher education institution Corissa managed and owned the timekeeping system for the organization. She was a vital part of leading the process and controls for the onboarding process, ensuring that all new employees and managers were adequately trained on the timekeeping instructions.  She also ran audits to ensure that new hire master data was accurate to produce payroll and stay in compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Corissa was the Payroll lead/SME during a successful implementation.  She ensured uninterrupted payroll operations while supporting the project with resources, time and expertise.
