Nina Scott, CPP
Principal

Nina brings more than 30 years of experience leading client organizations through transformational implementation projects. She currently oversees all implementation and post-implementation projects, focusing on Workday and SAP/Globalview.

Nina founded Omnia Global Partners to meet the needs of our clients by deciphering, translating and leading complex client projects with their chosen ERP solution. Nina is dedicated to improving the organization with true automation, compliance, operational controls and harmonization. She is a client advocate who achieves project goals, alongside the technical implementation partners. She does this by advising, augmenting and leading the client through proven methods gained across successful implementations. In addition, Nina works with many clients post-implementation to realize the full potential of their system and process choices. She assesses the current state and provides a road map of potential opportunities. Nina works with the operational team to help them implement process and system improvements to optimize their ERP system.

Nina has held management roles both as an internal practitioner and external consultant. This uniquely affords her the understanding of both the solution landscape and the client's business needs.

Highlighted Accomplishments:
  • Successfully led numerous Workday Payroll, Financials and Student deployments, as well as, several SAP/ADP Globalview transformations.
  • Delivered post-implementation guidance to organizations on optimizing their system usage and strengthening internal controls and practices.
  • Provided in-house interim payroll management services to companies with an immediate need.
  • Mentored professionals during and after engagements to promote the continued education of the profession.

Nina holds an MBA from Bryant College, the American Payroll Association Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification and is Workday Pro certified in payroll.

Outside of work, Nina participates annually in the AARP Foundation Tax-Aide Program which provides those in need access to free tax preparation services. In addition, Nina has served for numerous years on bike tour committees, raising funds for both breast cancer and MS.

Michelle Quinlan​
​
Director

Michelle Quinlan brings to Omnia Global Partners over 25 years of financial management experience specializing in higher education and nonprofit sectors. Her expertise crosses the areas of budgeting, accounting, financial reporting and analysis, strategic financial planning, financial management, and leading system implementations. In recent years, she has held several executive financial roles. 

Prior to joining Omnia Global Partners, Michelle worked at Suffolk University for eight years serving in leadership roles, including most recently as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, and previously as Vice President of Financial Planning and Enterprise Applications, Associate Vice President of Finance and Director of Budgeting. During her tenure at Suffolk, she also held the key role of project sponsor for the implementation and deployment of Workday Finance, Workday Adaptive Planning and Workday Student. In this role, Michelle served as a hands-on sponsor, working closely with the project team throughout all phases of the project, from pre-planning to change management and training and post-production stabilization. She is credited with successfully modernizing Suffolk University’s technology infrastructure and implementing transformative business processes, increased operational efficiencies and improved real-time reporting and data accuracy across the University. 
Before her time working at Suffolk, Michelle held senior roles with Harvard University’s Office of the Controller and at the Radcliffe Institute for Advanced Study, as well as at MIT's Whitehead Institute for Biomedical Research, where she served as Interim Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer.  

​Highlighted Accomplishments: 
  • ​Managed a portfolio of $800M+ in assets, including over $250M in investments ensuring continued balance sheet strength and robust financial controls.
  • Oversaw a $350M+ budget, optimizing allocation of resources, implementing cost savings measures while maintaining high operational standards.
  • Spearheaded the capital acquisition of a $30M property and secured $100M in debt financing to fund the purchase and renovation of the building.
  • Developed comprehensive long-term strategic planning models, incorporating multi-year financial forecasts and balance sheets, which informed critical business decisions and supported the achievement of organizational strategic objectives.
  • Designed and executed a cash flow management liquidity strategy that optimized operational cash flow and increased funding for capital investments.
  • Led the seamless multi-year implementation of Workday Finance, Student and Adaptive Planning, transitioning from a 40-year-old legacy system while maintaining high operational quality and services throughout the process.
  • Played a lead role in various other system implementations across multiple organizations, including Cognos, Hyperion Planning, and Helio Campus.
  • Built high-performing teams by leveraging resource management, optimization, and development strategies to increase overall productivity, efficiency and retention.
  • Co-led the Harvard University Accounting Training Program at the Center for Workplace Development, creating and delivering training courses to enhance employee’s accounting and financial reporting proficiency.
Michelle earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Merrimack College, where she majored in finance, and an MBA with a concentration in accounting from Bentley College. She is the recipient of the Harvard Heroes Award given annually to staff whose work supports the mission of Harvard University at the highest levels of contribution, impact and excellence.

Henry Colvin
Senior Consultant

Henry brings more than 15 years of implementation experience with a specialty in managing complex projects. He believes that successful project management is a result of accurate, detailed planning combined with daily engagement with the project team members. Over the years, Henry has honed the organizational skills required to manage projects with multiple workstreams made up of teams located across various regions.

With a degree in Computer Science from Birmingham-Southern College, Henry's technical background enables him to work seamlessly between technical resources and client business analysts. Henry began his career as a technology consultant at Accenture which provided him with exposure to a variety of ERP applications and industry leading consulting practices. He joined Omnia Global Partners to work with likeminded technologists and to deliver excellence to Omnia’s clients.

Hilary Robinson, CPA
​
Consultant

Hilary brings more than 10 years of finance, accounting, and related software experience focused primarily on not-for-profit and higher education industries. Hilary is passionate about helping organizations transform their business processes and teaching others how the use of technology can enhance their productivity and efficiency.
 
Hilary holds BS in Accounting and Master of Accountancy degrees from the University of Denver and is a CPA licensed in both Colorado and Massachusetts. She started her career as an auditor at a public accounting firm and has spent the last several years working in the accounting and finance division of a higher education institution. During her time at the higher education institution, she played a critical role in the implementation and deployment of Workday Finance and Workday Student. She joined Omnia Global Partners to work with more organizations on their software implementation journeys and help guide them to maximize the use of their systems. Through her audit background she brings a unique perspective of understanding operational needs and has the ability to translate how the software system can be designed to meet those needs.

Michael Sanchez
Consultant

Michael brings over a decade of knowledge and experience to solving ERP data challenges. He began his career at a national physician group as a payroll administrator and within a few years became a key member of an enterprise-wide transformation project. His unique blend of deep payroll functional expertise coupled with technical data wrangling acumen has allowed him to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation.

At Omnia Global Partners, Michael has led multiple data conversion projects for Workday, ADP, and Lawson. His experience also includes data validation, building integrations, developing custom reports, and leading operational analysis efforts.


Highlighted Accomplishments
  • Successfully converted legacy data for Workday HCM, Finance and Student implementations.
  • Converted mid-year tax and payroll historical data for a multi-state and multi-jurisdiction employer with 7,000 annual W-2s.
  • Gathered employee data from over 30 countries and multiple disparate HCM systems; data was consolidated, scrubbed and provided for client’s Workday implementation project. This project was completed meeting GDPR and other country specific privacy standards within 60-days.

Michael holds a BA from the University of California, Berkeley.
