Most companies outsource some or all of their processes to specialized providers. Making these arrangements successful does take some work - having the same mutual expectations for services, tracking to a service level agreement, putting effort into governance and partnership instead of approaching it as a simple vendor relationship, looking out for data privacy and more. It's all important, and it all takes some effort! And it's effort we'll invested.
