Communications Conglomerate
We made the decision to move to ADP Global View in late 2016. The plan was to go live in six months with a July 2017 go live. We hired a well known consulting firm to help and do a lot of the heavy lifting of the conversion. The original deadline was missed, it was extended to October of that year, again that deadline was missed, then we decided to reevaluate the process and brought in another firm with more experience in SAP conversion.
